Charged him with assault and listed the man he was trying to stop as the VICTIM!!! But here's the kicker. TWO DAYS LATER, police arrested that same man, Harold Parker, and charged him with ABUSE AND NEGLECT OF AN INCAPACITATED ADULT. The exact thing Crenshaw said he was trying to stop! So the man who stepped in to protect the vulnerable is facing charges. When asked if he would do anything different, Crenshaw said: "If I had to do it all over, I'd do it again!"
