Executive Dysfunction: You have the fuel but no wheel. You want to move, but your brain won't send the signal to start.
Masking Tax: You spend so much energy pretending to be "normal" and organized that you hit a wall of total burnout by 3 PM.
THE main struggle that feeds other ones - ADHD RSD (Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria): A minor critique feels like a hard hit to the chest. You spend hours rehearsing conversations to avoid the pain. Hyperfocusing on it.

Externalize the Struggle.
Stop saying "I am a failure" and start saying "My brain freeze is high today."
Use outside help (alarms, body doubling, visual cues) instead of "willpower."
Willpower is a short supply; systems are permanent.
Build a life that fits your brain, not a brain that fits the world.

A minor task or social "shift" occurs ➡️ Your RSD interprets it as a total failure or rejection ➡️ Your brain freeze builds a "Wall of Awful" around the solution ➡️ You freeze, avoid, or mask to stay "safe" ➡️ The world judges your "lack of effort" ➡️ You take in the shame and stop trying.

The world sees "unreliable." You feel "overwhelmed."
Neither the world nor your brain realizes it’s a series of brain hiccups, not a personal flaw.
Life crumbles because you're fighting a fight that nobody—including you—has given you the map for.
