Okies need to remember that SQ 832 is not just a 1-time change in the minimum wage. It raises the mandated wage IN PERPETUITY by tying the mandatory wage to a big-city (LA & NYC—not OKC & Tulsa) consumer price index. That’s INSANE! Vote no on June 16th.

I was a big fan and political student of Dr. Tom Coburn, Congress’ infamous Dr. No from Muskogee. He despised career politicians, asked CAIR be investigated, pushed Convention of States, and tried to reform FDA. “You cannot negotiate with Coburn!” declared Harry Reid. He became legendary for using procedural tactics and amendments (at least 1000) to slow-roll the corrupt, stupid, lazy spending. He exposed staggering amounts of corruption in his annual “Wastebook.” There are Tom Coburns, and there are Tom Coles. Contrast Coburn, who did away with earmarks, with Cole, who digs them out of the trash to reinstate them as part of backroom deals. Cole is Mr. Yes to Everything. (In the FY 2026 State Dept approp bill January 12-14, 2026, Cole gave back $315M to a liberal propaganda NGO that DOGE had already cut off. It would appear he secretly works against DOGE, in the shadows. He brags in the press how much he admires pols who reach across the aisle to negotiate.) Voting for me June 16 in the Republican Primary in District 4 is a vote for Coburn 2.0, a vote for someone who can and will bring back the Coburn Way.
