Very sad to hear that Steven Ward has passed away. Sincere condolences to his family and friends at this difficult time. An excellent cricketer, Steven was instrumental in establishing the Durham Senior Cricket League Trophy, assisted by Eric Smith and Ray Armbrister.

Excellent news and hope it’s a success! A small micro brewery tucked away on the “new” Vaux site, perhaps? A certain RCB was a friend of Frank Nicholson too. Vaux were excellent supporters of the former Vaux Durham Senior Cricket League. 🍺🍻🏏
