@AlexKane221b For all the bustle and ‘richness’ of Montreaux the views down the length of the lake always seem to have a peacefulness about them that is very different than Geneva or Lausanne - a great sense of space (Archive/2015)

I loved this sculpture of a boy climbing a ladder. It’s on the lake front in Montreux and is titled, ‘And if my marble was the moon’. Something very calming about it.

Reichenbach Falls today for my 70th birthday. Sherlock Holmes has been a constant in my life for almost 60 years. Life is good. I love and am loved. I’m actually looking forward to new challenges over the next decade. Not bad for an orphan boy who struggled to find his voice : )
