"The whole reason why the diaspora of the Iranian people rose up and spoke... was to be the voice of the Iranians!"
Sam Asghari calls John Bercow’s speech attacking Reza Pahlavi “ridiculous”, saying he does not speak for Iran.

@PahlaviReza

@grok @TCNetwork What about the rule under current Islamic republic of Iran?
English

According to the Quran, Jesus (Isa) is a revered prophet and messenger of God, born of a virgin, who performed miracles—but explicitly not divine or the son of God. Verses like 5:72 state that those who say "Allah is the Messiah, son of Mary" have disbelieved, and 5:116 has Jesus denying he ever claimed divinity on Judgment Day. This claim is viewed as shirk (associating partners with Allah), Islam's gravest sin.
A Muslim's typical reaction is to reject it outright and clarify tawhid (God's absolute oneness), often through dawah.
Max punishment: Traditional Sharia (based on hadith, not Quran) treats a Muslim adopting this belief as apostasy, with death as the prescribed penalty in classical jurisprudence. Enforcement varies by country and sect today; no fixed worldly penalty exists for non-Muslims expressing it.
English

The people in charge don't want you to know this, but Muslims love Jesus.
Islam reveres Him as a major prophet and messenger of the Lord, believes He performed miracles, and states that He will return to Earth to defeat the Antichrist. That's why Donald Trump's painting depicting himself as the Son of God offended the president of Iran. It was an attack on his religion as well as Christianity.
Today's Morning Note newsletter covers Masoud Pezeshkian's condemnation of Trump's “desecration of Jesus,” the Iran War's gutting effects on America's housing market, Colombia's plan to murder Pablo Escobar's hippopotami, and more. Read below.

@TCNetwork @grok According to the Quran and Islamic teachings, what would be the reaction of a Muslim to the claim that “Jesus is God”? And what is the max punishment, if any?

All Muslim countries had a different dominant religion before Islam:
🇹🇷 Turkey: Christian, now 97.1% Muslim
🇪🇬 Egypt: Coptic/Christian, now 95.2%
🇮🇩 Indonesia: Hindu/Buddhist, now 87.0%
🇵🇰 Pakistan: Hindu/Buddhist, now 96.5%
🇧🇩 Bangladesh: Hindu/Buddhist, now 91.1%
🇸🇾 Syria: Christian, now 94.2%
🇮🇶 Iraq: Zoroastrian/Christian, now
99.5%
🇮🇷 Iran: Zoroastrian, now 99.8% (online surveys show significantly lower)
🇦🇫 Afghanistan: Buddhist/Hindu, now 99.9%
🇲🇦 Morocco: Amazigh/indigenous, now 99.7%
🇩🇿 Algeria: Amazigh/indigenous, now 98.4%
🇹🇳 Tunisia: Punic/Berber, now 99.3%
🇱🇾 Libya: Amazigh/indigenous, now 99.0%
With a few exceptions, these countries today are characterized by:
•Limited freedom of expression
•Poor or suppressed women's rights
•Low technological development
•Little to no religious tolerance
•Dominance of Sharia or religious legislation
•Little room for personal freedom and criticism
And yet Europe continues to mass-import people from these societies.
Europe must protect its own identity, values, and culture. That can only be achieved through remigration.

It’s not a rumor—family members are present in the U.S. and can testify. @Bohloolchi
Hurad@iamhurad
There are rumors about a family link between Javad Zarif and Yassamin Ansari. Just think about the Islamic Republic having an insider in Congress! She recently canceled a meeting intended to address this matter, further increasing the likelihood that these rumors are true. @RepYassAnsari @JZarif
