@DavonCreative I personally would categorize what you explained as anxiety which I don’t think is “toxic asf”. it’s not healthy for her for sure and worth looking into w/ a therapist so she can calm the voices and insecurities in her head but I don’t think she’s toxic.

@RopeWidthLex Everyone is insecure about something. Right? But Insecurity leads to toxicity when you are draining the person who is reassuring you. Toxicity is how your insecurities become everyone else’s problem. That dark cloud when people constantly trying to feed you light.
