Parents/Kids….remember this.When a coach from another school reaches out to you asking if you are interested …it’s for THEIR own good….not yours. For the most part they don’t give 2 sh^ts about your future….they care about not getting fired. Don’t fall for their 💩

@TwidderPhil Very relevant. But it is imperative that you are on their map before you go to the camp. When you get to camps, they already know who you are. Then, they are putting you in their groups that they are truly evaluating. But camps are very important.

@DbThee Since you have been through this recently with Mikey and others how relevant are the camps etc compared to the HS you attend?

@TwidderPhil @NabbBrian I would disagree with colleges will find you statement. Gone are those days. Recruitment is way different. I've lived through all aspects of this from when I was recruited to when my son was recruited. It's vastly different. And the portal ain't helping high school athletes

@NabbBrian And yes I know all schools do it…I’m 100% all in on Coach up your kids that have been there from day 1…I say this for every school….every coach. Colleges will find you if you are good enough. The school name doesn’t mean sh^t. “Good” schools have bad/mediocre years too.

Man these two came to fight off the break. You got more action in this one round than you might get out of 3-4 fights of boxers today.

It’s not even the end of December yet and Mtown recruiters (I mean coaches) are already trying to get a kid from OOS. Couldn’t you at least wait until Xmas break? At what point are you going to realize that you need coaches…not players.

Just wondering how does everyone feel about this recruitment method that the best private school soccer teams use in DE. Should this be allowed since it’s for Private schools only or should @DIAA_Delaware get rid of it? Who wouldn’t choose private when this is an option? #delhs

@TwidderPhil @coachAlanJfoy @DIAA_Delaware Not really but. There is 39 high schools that have football public and 9 private schools that have football. So, I don't know how you can split them. But they definitely have an advantage of having the ability to get kids from anywhere.

So many high school seniors don’t have their highlight films updated or twitters pinned to their Hudl 🚨 Section off your film with title slides (LB example) - 3 biggest plays - sacks - run fits - interceptions/ reroutes/ pass drops - special teams - hustle plays
