The asanka bowl, the boy in Kente, okro in a calabash, the light soup looking peng and the accuracy of the mortar and pestle! More importantly the children from other continents eating it! Our Ghanaian food culture and identity has endless potential in digital storytelling for today and tomorrow's child.
