@BarristerSecret @BBCr4today Apparently there is no back log in the magistrates’ court.
Lammy is either being misled by those who brief him or he’s not interested in the truth. I just represented a man of good character charged with a common assault and the half day trial was fixed for April 2027.

Listening to David Lammy on @BBCr4today attempting to justify abolishing trial by jury, it is increasingly and terrifyingly clear that he simply does not understand the issues.

@Coins_Kid Hi Tom, do you still have faith in FB and Hyper?

Wait just a minute, are you telling me that the guy who cheated on his first wife with his second, on his second wife with his third and on his third wife with a porn star, the guy who cheated people with a fake university and a fake charity, cheated his contractors out of money, cheated on his SATs, his draft deferments, his business records, his taxes and with his campaign funds, the guy who tried to cheat his way out of an election loss… cheats at golf?!?
No way!!!

@SpencerHakimian Is the answer; ‘because you’re thick as shit, can’t lie straight in bed, have no idea about geo-politics and act recklessly, safe in the knowledge that your cult-fetish disciples will continue to blow smoke up your fat, orange, paedo arse, regardless?’🤷♂️

If your goal is to onshore manufacturing, bring jobs to the U.S., and get idle factories up and running again, why would you tax the input costs needed for all of those things (copper, steel, aluminum, fertilizer, etc.) at 3x a higher rate than you are taxing the imported finished goods those factories make?
Completely incoherent set of policies.
It’s like a 3rd grader drew them all up.

@mooreholmes24 Is this the Church Boy’s Brigade? We have something similar in Britain but usually reserved for children.

@Saraita101 When the Irish faced famine, conflict, occupation, injustice & acute poverty, millions got on boats & headed to safer shores often facing a hostile reception but the world is populated by Irish refugees and those places are all the better for it.
Wise the fuck up you melts.

@BTCBacchus @CilComLFC The Irish Preidency is symbolic and ceremonial and carries no authority nor power. It’s an ambassadorial role. The thick gobshite isn’t going to get on the ballot and even if he won, which he won’t, he could do feck all about anything.
English

@CilComLFC Is there any real Irish on here that can give a realistic idea of his chances?
English

@fartboiz @Coins_Kid Don’t worry mate, 4 cents coming in again anytime soon!🤣
English

@KarenMc_G Pisses me off that this is going on in Ireland.
When the Irish faced famine, conflict, occupation, injustice and acute poverty millions got on boats and headed to safer shores. In some places, like parts of England, those folk faced a similar reception to this.
English

@micheal_olainn The presidency of the Republic of Ireland is symbolic and ceremonial. Even if he were elected he would have no powers (save for some minor discretionary ones) and would have no input in immigration policy.
