Personal crisis aside I think my spurts of depression come from the fact that I.. might be a bit lonely. Past trauma killed the old me who was outspoken, friendly to everyone, and wanted to participate with others. For the sake of my sanity, I’ll try to be better. Sorry.

How do you even start a conversation nowadays. Sometimes social anxiety starts to kick in since I'm just so afraid I might just fuck up a conversation. I wish I was a bit confident about talking to other people but oh well guess I'll just try to be with myself I guess!🥲
