A couple thoughts: -Plant is obviously a very decent character (I would say mid tier) but she's far and away from being solo viable due to having a lot of unwinnable mus and a very inconsistent mu spread. Still a much better character than what people think (unless ur leo or shinymark) -It's also undeniable that I'm matchup checking a lot of people and it really felt like it last weekend, buuuut I do think there's still a LOT of room for improvement for my plant and even if people figure out some of my "gimmicks", I'm confident I can work around it and discover new counterplay -Cloud is obviously a better character, but I feel like I can express myself way better with plant and I also feel like I can play more "smash" with her, although in hard mode. -I could obviously never get the results I get with cloud, with plant, but by scale I think my plant is as good as my cloud or very close to it

This is a genuine tech. If you use shadow flare against the stage, it forces a 50/50 between teching (bair) or not teching (side b), and if you fail it you die
