The Truth. After taking time to reflect on the new month, I’ve made a decision. I’m going to pause trading for now and focus on studying, backtesting, and building capital while improving my skills. The goal is no longer to rush results, but to become the kind of trader who can consistently produce them. If my goals had been realized by now, I am supposed to be a millionaire already. But looking back, I can see that the market has been teaching me lessons far more valuable than money. It has been shaping me into a stronger man, more disciplined, more self aware, and more dependent on Christ. I’ve also come to a realization, I don’t want to depend on signals or other people’s convictions anymore. I want to think for myself. I want to build something that is truly mine. I don’t just want to participate in this industry, I want to be remembered among the greats. I don’t bang, and I can never be a banger boy. That’s simply not who I am. I am an intellect. I am a creator. And above all, I am a child of CHRIST GOD. The path ahead may be slower than I originally imagined, but I’ve learned that speed isn’t everything. Motion is. Every step matters. Every lesson matters. Every day spent improving matters. Progress compounds, even when it doesn’t look impressive in the moment. And I’m willing to walk that path. So today, I’m starting a challenge. From this day forward, I’ll be creating channel art for Forex creators until I make my first million. Yes, Forex is great. I still love the markets. But I’ve realized that God has also given me creativity, and it’s time to fully harness it instead of leaving it on the sidelines. This journey is no longer about chasing money. It’s about becoming the man capable of handling it when it arrives. One design at a time. One lesson at a time. One step at a time. I heard a gist today and I am shocked … A guy stays in a shared apartment in Lagos, with two other guys ( strangers ), let’s give our guy a random name for easy narration, his name is Bayo, they contribute money together and pay for the rent, after staying for over a year they became close. One day the landlord decided to give them quit notice with claims that he wants to use his property, the guys didn’t argue instead they told Bayo to help search for a place since his job is remote compared to their 9 - 5. His two shared apartment guys gave Bayo millions of money, a lady also contributed and they told him to get a 4 bedroom apartment. Bayo, was very happy with this and decided to use the money for a business, instead of paying for the new apartment they just got. He took the money to a bet naija shop and placed a bet with all the money and lost it all. He started running from the people that gave him money, and when they asked why he did it, he said “ it was a sure odd “ and he wanted to double it so he can have a better life. They took him to the station and his friends had to bail him cause his family doesn’t stay in Lagos, he lost his trust from the shared apartment guys and the friends that bailed him out stopped talking to him.
