@DonutHackr According to some, yes, but most think it's literally the same people, but it remains clear that he is something different, the game is only halfway there are still things to discover without everything necessarily being connected in my opinion.

@Dogblaster99 I believe the idea argued by FRIENDRAM believers is that FRIEND can somehow animate objects and that it simply animated the Mantle to become a living being and battle us I *think* that’s the idea, I’m not actually sure

Regarding Deltarune's secret bosses, I look at them as a whole and I do think they have a certain matching "aesthetic" that I can't quite put my finger on And there are only two characters that I think can match this aesthetic and make the secret bosses feel "complete"

@The_Cramiena You're not the only one who had it, or at least the idea, but I was talking about the concept itself. I suppose your theory differs in its arguments and proof from a similar theory I've heard from someone else. And yes, that's why I mentioned being in the minority .

@NullPoiesis Honestly, we'll probably end up meeting Gaster at some point anyway, so I imagine there will be one, but we're only a little over halfway through the game, so he'll have other interventions, maybe even in chapter 5.

While there is avid discussion of Gaster around, I thought to share this again to see if perhaps others may share the regard. (I could also make a remark about Wingdings as being without general parallel, and a vague mention of Star Wars Geonosian.)

@Dogblaster99 Yet, I can also see your point in that the 'unearthly demon' voice, as of Zalgospeak visually, is also highly associated with Friend at this point - given the horror noosphere and treatment of such inhuman/glitchy/staticy mimickry of sound.

@NullPoiesis Oh yes, that makes sense, but then I suppose that after being shattered across time and space, Gaster voice must have changed drastically. And yes, with what you said, his voice before probably sounded a bit higher.

@Dogblaster99 Fair. Mostly it had initially struck me due to the sound of Entry Number 17 itself - yet also for the fact that Skeletons (as at least one interpretation of Gaster) do not have much mass; hence a higher or more gentle/foreign voice than expected.
