It is just over a week until I start my new job as a qualified Educational Psychologist (pinch me!). We talk lots about transitioning into TEP life but I haven’t seen much about moving into post-qualification. Any advice?

I have also written to my local MP @Wera_Hobhouse recently, to outline the peril the profession is in, and hope that they can support our campaign for fair pay and conditions, and help protect any child’s access to high quality psychological support
