As part of our sustained efforts to eliminate open defecation and improve public sanitation across Lagos State, we currently have 1,710 functioning public toilets strategically located across the state for residents and visitors.
However, government cannot do this alone. We are encouraging businesses such as filling stations, banks, eateries, and other public-facing facilities to make their restrooms accessible to the public where possible. This collaborative approach will significantly complement government efforts and expand access to sanitation facilities across the state.
At the same time, we continue to enforce environmental sanitation laws. Individuals caught engaging in open defecation are being arrested and prosecuted in accordance with the law. These measures are necessary to protect public health, preserve dignity, and maintain a cleaner environment for all.
Access to sanitation is a shared responsibility. While government continues to expand infrastructure, residents and businesses must also play their part in ensuring Lagos remains clean, safe, and habitable.

As I got married today, I dedicate this picture, on behalf of my family, to our selfless leader: the one who has dedicated his energy and health to a better future for Nigeria.
The man who saved Nigeria from bankruptcy and who understands the path to the nation’s prosperity, the President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (@officialABAT), GCFR.
MAY GOD BLESS OUR UNION, JUST AS HE HAS BLESSED NIGERIA WITH THE BEST MAN FOR THE JOB AS PRESIDENT.
🇳🇬🪖While some are checking their likes, the soldier is checking his sector. While others are waiting for "the right time," the warrior is making it the right time.
Discipline is the only bridge between a dream of peace and the reality of security.
Whether you are heading to the Mosque, the office, or the frontline today, carry yourself with the pride of a Nigerian. If you're awake and ready to push the flag forward, drop a 🇳🇬.

“We will not submit to noise, rascality, or disobedience to lawful court orders. We must uphold democracy, respect the judiciary whether it favours us or not, and remain faithful to the principles that hold our nation together.
There is no path to national greatness except the path of building one country, one common vision, one shared future of progress and prosperity for all Nigerians. That is what Renewed Hope is about.
They cannot scare me off. I have been through this road before and, if I must walk it again and again for our country, I will. There is no better place than Nigeria, and no one will build it for us except ourselves.
I have listened. I know the journey is not easy. But I give you my word: I will not run away from this task. I will not give up. Coordinate from the ward level, act as one family, stay focused on what we promised Nigerians, and stand firm.”
This was my message to the leadership and coordinators of my Renewed Hope Ambassadors this afternoon.
God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The work continues.
Bola Ahmed Tinubu
President
@Pressman2040 I’ve not been doing that even though I always wish you guys well. From this minute, I’ll make it part of my daily prayer.
God bless and protect you guys!
“Peter Obi will never be a vice-presidential candidate to anyone come 2027. I say this from a place of authority. Many of us are in the ADC because of Peter, who is more competent. The ADC will make a big mistake if they fail to present a competent candidate.”
— Mama Pee react reports claiming Peter Obi has accepted a vice-presidential role
@ChuksEricE Many of us are also into the ADC because of Atiku Abubakar.
If Obi can not do vice then he can as well forget his presidential ambitions forever
The flag still flies in Monguno. The patrols are moving in the Delta. The radar is sweeping the Gulf.
Though,We lost brothers, but we did not lose the mission. Tomorrow, we go again.
Sleep well, Nigeria.
Your defenders are wide awake.

I looked at the ADC led protest & I laughed.
All the front men in ADC have been in high positions in Government before but they achieved nothing.
Absolutely nothing.
They made zero impact in the lives of the citizens.
Na them wan fix Nigeria?
I stand firmly with President TINUBU.
Obi just likes attention. He is intrinsically a very lonely man. He lacks family love and seeks attention by sitting on desks like this, telling hot lies just to be the center of attention.
He needs psychological healing. No wonder he could communicate with the mad man because their mental frequencies are very similar.
The Boss gave every other person seat and sat on the table.
All he’s interested in is the conversation and results of it, not the “Ego” of being the Boss.
Rare in Nigeria. 🥲
@Uptownoflagos When you can't point at anything meaningful as a governor for 8 yes, your best bet will be inanities. Even using a modern toilet to poo instead of shot-put is a landmark achievement
@Uptownoflagos Demonstration of culture of anyhowness that has been our problem for ages.
A table is not meant to be sat on...
That's an abuse of and being careless office property.
There were empty chairs in the room, and I could count at least 3.
You sure proved ur point.
He's disorganized.
