@Exalted_Speed I think it’s the near obsession with BEING dark that gets me. Why does it HAVE to be so dark all the time, it feels just as creatively stagnant as doing endless comedies.

The reason a lot of projects go edgy or horror is because they can’t really do those job in the mainstream, they have to answer to being a kids show or network standards so are often forced to very safe work, when you can’t be dark in the mainstream you have to be in indie

@Exalted_Speed The main difference between Norris and Segal was that Norris could take a joke. I still remember when he did the cameo on Conan O’Brien and they had a faux Walker fight scene to make fun of how the fights went.

Saw someone compare Norris to Segal and on one level fair, one another Norris was actually a legit martial artist who was good enough to be in a Bruce Lee film.

I would say maybe there was some exaggeration but like look at any book from the 2000 I think it was easier to read wolverine just by sheeeeeeer volume of how much stuff he got
