How it started vs How it’s going

I created a project in Claude dedicated to my posts and attached a skill that was trained with about 13 of my post from X so it gets context and learns my tone. Then i gave it info about me, my niche and target on LinkedIn, etc. It suggested topics for me and wrote the post as well as infographics slides then I schedule for a month. I post 3 times a week. 2 regular posts on thought leadership and one project based post per week.

Built an international Ops vendor onboarding system. Here's how it works in detail: When a vendor needs to be onboarded onto an international ops team, someone has to collect their details, validate them, create a database record, send an acknowledgment, route it to a reviewer, wait for a decision, generate an invoice if approved, and write a specific rejection email if not. ✅ Workflow 1: A vendor fills out a structured onboarding form. The workflow triggers, standardizes the data, and writes a new record to a Notion vendor database, setting the status to Pending Review. Then it sends two emails simultaneously: a branded acknowledgment to the vendor confirming receipt, and a review notification to the ops reviewer with all the vendor details they need to make a decision. Instead of asking the reviewer to log in to Notion and change a dropdown, I added two buttons to the email. Approve and Reject. ✅ Workflow 2: When the reviewer clicks Approve, a GET request is sent to a webhook . The URL carries all vendor data points as query parameters, so the second workflow has everything it needs. It responds to the webhook, then updates the Notion record to Approved, generates an HTML invoice, converts it to PDF, sends it to the vendor as an email attachment, and simultaneously uploads it to a Google Drive folder for records. ✅ Workflow 3: When the reviewer clicks Reject, it opens a Tally form already pre-filled with the vendor's details via URL parameters. The reviewer sees only one question with a dropdown of the most common reasons a vendor could be rejected: "Why are you rejecting this vendor?" They pick one and submit. Tally sends a POST to a separate rejection webhook. The rejection email is mapped to a pre-written professional email specific to that reason and sends it to the vendor. The Notion record's status is changed to Rejected. ✅ Workflow 4: I also built a Google Sheets dashboard for the ops team to use for monthly reporting. The Dashboard tab has KPI cards, all driven by formulas that pull data from the Headcount tab. The Headcount tab is where individual employee records are. None of the Dashboard numbers are hardcoded; they're all live formulas, so when the Headcount tab changes, the Dashboard updates. In parallel, a workflow is connected to the Headcount tracker, and employee onboarding form append rows directly to the Headcount tab, and the ops team's monthly reporting becomes a matter of opening the Dashboard and copying the totals into the Monthly Trend column.
