It’s 2 weeks until Good Friday and 2000 years later the world is still trying to solve the problem that Jews require a “political Messiah” to forcefully retake the Promised Land. What we truly need is the Prince of Peace Jesus Christ, the true Messiah for all men, Jew and Gentile. The human problem isn’t Middle Eastern real estate, but the sin inside our hearts. Only Jesus can save us.

Sometimes I catch myself watching my children like I’m already missing them. Then I get this overwhelming urge to cry because time is moving through them faster than I can catch it. Like trying to memorize a dream while you’re still inside it & already waking up. And one day you’ll pick them up with mysteriously sticky fingers & cheeks & it’ll be the last time…but neither of you will know it’s the last time. That’s how most endings in life happen too. Always disguised as ordinary days. So answer the endless questions, tie the shoes twice, build the fort, read the bedtime story & give them your attention like it’s the only thing in the world that matters, because to them, it is. These are the moments & sounds you’ll one day search for in a house that no longer makes them. And you’ll realize you were holding forever in your arms all along, even while you thought it was just today.

The answer is simpler than you would think. In general, bad hitters you pitch away, occasionally show in off or up in to keep honest. Good hitters you have to pitch in. Have to. My last post I showed 2 charts on Beltre and Miggy. Go look at their numbers on FBs in the 9box illustration. To your point, great hitters have all the same general approach and don’t adjust their path or approach according to the pitcher. Several years ago I ran some numbers, from lefties and righties, on pitch location percentages across the league. These numbers are rough and could be slightly different now, but it makes sense from my experience behind the plate. These numbers were for RHHs only. 68% of pitches thrown in a MLB game are located middle of plate to away. So, almost 3/4 pitches thrown to RHH’s are located middle to away. As a catcher, I knew how hard it was for pitchers to locate in. 3/4 results of the pitch call are negative, UNLESS you are pitching in to show for away. Ball, HBP, you yank it back over middle in(no bueno), or you paint it for a strike(bueno). My hitting coordinator my first year in the minor leagues was Mike Lum. Go look him up. He played with Hank Aaron. Anyway, I asked him what Hank’s hitting approach was. He said Hank didn’t care about location of pitch, he just tried to hit the ball hard back up the middle. Stay back on off speed and drive it up the middle. @RealCJ10 same thing. Back spin the ball through the CF wall. I never cared about other team’s reports on me. I looked for a pitch I could hit hard back up the middle. Little late? Drive it oppo, little early, I’d pull it. Stay back on offspeed. Simple, but I always wanted to drive it back up the middle hard.
Eric Schmidt@ESchmidtChicago

@JLucroy20 Semi-related question…how much does this become a cat and mouse game at your level? Guessing you got to see reports like these on yourself. How much could you take advantage of that info, and for how long, before teams continued to adjust?

The hitter’s swings, foul balls, and takes give you a good idea of his approach. What do I mean? Fastballs: Is he late on the FB? Where are his foul balls? Pulled foul? Or over the opposite dugout? Or, is he taking them? So, if late, this means that we pitch FB in, up, and expand down. If he’s taking them, he might be sitting strike offspeed. Also, if he’s late on FB, be careful throwing a get me over strike offspeed pitch. You will be doing him a favor. A good question to ask is, where can we go where his barrel can’t square the ball up? Offspeed: is he pulling them foul? Are his takes good or bad? Does his swing look comfortable on the offspeed? Where does he chase? A good tidbit to follow is that we should chase bad swings. The best hitters in the world can make the adjustment pitch to pitch. Most players, especially at the HS and below level, can’t do that. So if he takes a bad swing on a pitch, throw it again. If he takes it, throw a different pitch, then go back to bad swing pitch. Another tidbit is that if the hitter fouls a ball straight back to the backstop, be very careful repeating that, because he just missed it. Many more nuances to this but this is basic food for thought.
Jim Vaughn 🤘🏻@JimVaughn_

@JLucroy20 Can you expand on how you teach this concept to catchers? It's good to know what a hitter's deficiencies are, but that doesn't explain the proper way to sequence.

I used to be entirely in the camp that said you should kick your kids out at 18 and force them to live independently and make their own way in the world. I don’t feel that way at all anymore. I want all my kids to live with us until they get married. Even after they’re married, if they want to live on our property, or close by, my wife and I would love that. The important thing is to teach your kids responsibility, which we’re doing. They need to contribute and help around the house, which all of our kids do from a very young age. Provided you aren’t raising ungrateful useless moochers, why kick them out? Why drive them away from your family home? I don’t see the point in it anymore. I actually like my kids and like being around them. Maybe they’ll all end up scattered to the wind. But I’d prefer to keep the family together. Why wouldn’t I?

This right here is the behavior of a maggot rotting on a corpse. It is genuinely one of most despicable things that I have ever seen in politics that Ben Shapiro— WHO CHARLIE KIRK COULD NOT STAND AND WHO CHARLIE KIRK HIMSELF ROUTINELY EXPRESSED WAS A TERRIBLE HUMAN BEING—has so shamelessly tried to reimagine himself as a guardian of Charlie’s legacy. EVERYONE in politics knows Charlie hated Ben. Everyone. Not a single person will dispute this narrative. It is plain sickening to watch him try to spend money to reintroduce himself as anything other than someone who was horrible jealous of Charlie and attempted to stop his rise, as he does to EVERYONE who is naturally more talented and intelligent than him. WHY WON’T TPUSA EXECS tell the truth about how Ben treated Charlie? How do you guys sleep at night allowing this tapeworm to feast off Charlie’s legacy. It costs nothing to tell the truth about who Ben Shapiro is and was to Charlie. You should be ASHAMED for allowing this despicable nerd anywhere near Charlie’s chair or what Charlie built, ever.
Ben Shapiro@benshapiro

Don’t worry, Megyn. I’d never ask you to protect me. You won’t even protect Charlie Kirk’s widow from the monster accusing her of murdering Charlie.

30 cheap things to do with young kids. I wrote this for myself bc I want to do more things like this in 2024. - Scavenger hunt. Get AI to create rhyming clues with things in your house/yard. (example clue that leads to trampoline - Bounce, jump, and play, where fun's on display, Find me where springs launch you high every day!) - Walk in neighborhood and write down every animal or bug you see. Try to get to 10 minimum. - Tag at the park - Throw the football. Get a light football so they aren’t scared it will hit them in the face. This made throwing far more enjoyable. - Walk around and identify trees and native plants. Seriously - we do this. - Stack rocks - Smash rocks with a hammer. (Safety glasses encouraged). Look for crystals. They are the most fun. - Hike and look for animal tracks. If you want to get really intense - use plaster of Paris to gather the tracks. - Obstacle course. Time it. Get better. Do it again. You need to participate as well. - Climb trees. When you are uncomfortable- that’s when they are getting the most value. - Clean a car. The hose will give solid entertainment value. - Picnic. - Go to a museum. Even adult focused museums. The people there are far more gracious than you’d expect and the kids will learn a lot. We went to the LBJ presidential library and were the youngest by far. It was awesome. - Sensory bin. Look it up. Cheap. Lots of time. Think rice in a bucket with some cups. - “Paint” using native materials. We recently had some masterpieces created using smashed grasses, berries, charcoal, and dirt. - Bubbles kick a**. So fun. - Backyard campout. Last time I did this, 2 of 3 peed the tent. Still worth it. - Fires. Let them help build the fire. Let them burn stuff. You can kill an afternoon with this one alone. Boys especially will burn stuff. Best to learn with supervision rather than unsupervised later in life. My 4 year old recently burned his finger (not too bad). He will be far safer going forward. - Backyard golf. Just use a tennis ball and one club. See how many strokes it takes to “hit that tree”. Give your kids a one stroke headstart. - Set up action figures / plastic cups and try to knock them over with rubber bands. - Nerf gun shooting range. Time it to see how long it takes to shoot the 5 consecutive targets. - Wrestle. Seriously. Need more wrestling. - Fort. Use the couch cushions, some chairs, sheets, a table, whatever. - Uno - undefeated card game. - Hot lava. Duh. Another classic. - Make swords out of a bunch of pieces of paper rolled up. Then fight. - Write a letter and send it to an aunt/uncle/veteran/cousin - Plan and perform a play. Extra points - film it and send it to grandparents. - Make up a secret handshake - Print coloring pages offline and do them while you listen to a book on tape. Can you give me some more ideas?

I rarely read the filth you publish, and have never responded to it, for the same reason I avoid pornography. It’s unhealthy and I don’t want to encourage it. But in this specific case I understand exactly what you’re doing and I’d like to stop it now. I have never said or suggested that “everyone needs to know where their local Chabad is,” or anything remotely like it. I didn’t attack or even criticize Chabad, an organization I’ve mentioned precisely once in my life. Last week I said I believed that IDF soldiers in Israel have received third temple patches for their uniforms from Chabad. I believe that’s true. Please let me know if I’m wrong, not that you care. The point of your post is to blame me preemptively for violent attacks on American Jews that you believe are coming. This is an absurd slander of course. I abhor violence against innocents, which is why I am disgusted by what Israel has done in Gaza and why I argued against the current war in Iran. As a Christian and an American I also vehemently oppose punishing anyone on the basis of bloodline. The concept of “Amalek” has no place in Western civilization and certainly not in my country. I am therefore strongly opposed to anti-Semitism, precisely as much as I am to the anti-Arab hate you promote or the anti-white bias embedded in the US government and our largest institutions. It’s all immoral and indefensible. I believe in the inherent rights of the individual because I believe in God. What you’re doing divides this country more than you likely understand. I hope you will stop.
Laura Loomer@LauraLoomer

Tucker Carlson and Candace Owens both said everyone needs to know where their local Chabad is. I said their hatred would lead to people shooting up Jews in synagogues. It will likely end up being a Muslim. The Trump administration must start deporting these Islamic savages from our country and we must start holding people accountable for inciting violence. This is very sad.

I was exposing all this in great detail in the 1990s while people like Candace and Tucker would have laughed their arses off - most people did. They talk about the 'demonic', but they are still welded to their Christian religion which they think is 'God'' when they are actually worshipping a different expression of the same demonic force. The same with most of the others like Islam and Judaism. As long as the demonic has you caught in the electrical circuit polarities of seeing the same evil as 'good' and 'evil' they gotcha. Candace and Tucker are selling that circuit by not realising that what they worship they also condemn. It's just in a different disguise. They may well be genuine, but they are still promoting and generate the 'God'-demonic circuitry that keeps the whole thing going and constantly energetically empowered. I know a lot of people won't like that but so be it. I want to see humanity free of their mind prisons. I am not interested in a statue and a round of applause thanks. We are urged to see the world in black and white, us and them, good and evil, but the perceptual control is far more subtle than that. Until people see that their religion is a fundamental PART of the control system nothing will change. Look at what is happening now - Christianity and Judaism is being played off against Islam and it’s happened century after century to divide and rule. Coincidence? You must be joking. They think they are worshipping different versions of ‘God’ when they are worshipping the same force in multiple guises. ’God must be feared’? WHY? It’s the DEMONIC FORCE that wants you to fear – that’s what it feeds off.

🚨 CANDACE OWENS NUKES THE MATRIX: Props to Tucker Carlson for Exposing Occult Witchcraft in Government – The Spell is Breaking! 🔥👁️ From tonight's explosive Candace Owens podcast—She goes ALL IN praising Tucker Carlson, who's VIRAL AF right now for shattering narratives: "What he is doing is so remarkable and brave... challenging our understanding of politics." Tucker's simple tweet? "Pray that the spell breaks and the world is saved." Haters melting down over "spell"—why? It screams WITCHCRAFT and MAGIC at play in high places! Candace nails it: Occult practitioners are PUSHING WW3. Pagan elites in Western governments? Making BLOOD SACRIFICES to demons? Hollywood mocks it as fantasy (Hocus Pocus, Harry Potter) to gaslight us. But it's REAL: Paris fashion show by "Fecal Matter" (yep, translates to sh*t)—in your face dark vibes. Marina Abramović's "spirit cooking" for stars and pols: Cutting nails/hair, burning in a flaming pentagram for "purification." Just "art"? BS! Then CERN: Top nuclear physicists in CLOAKS, stabbing a woman before Shiva statue in a "cult ceremony." "That's just science," they say. Candace exposes: The scientific revolution? A FREEMASONIC plot to kill our God-given instincts, make us trust "experts" over intuition. COVID? Want to see dying grandma? "Satanic!" Fauci as god? Their controlled government is the ultimate authority. Tucker's tweet timing? Divine—people FREAKING OUT because the veil's lifting. Occult's alive at government's TIPPY TOP! And X is on FIRE backing this: Insiders tell Tucker the US gov's in DIRECT CONTACT with supernatural beings (not aliens—DEMONS guiding decisions). Tucker says evil in power? Evidence of DEMONIC POSSESSION. Powerful forces hiding the supernatural from us. US gov agreements with spiritual entities (demons)? The battle's SPIRITUAL, folks—wake up before WW3 hits! Candace is the TRUTH DRAGON we need. Pray the spell BREAKS. Who's ready to fight the occult overlords? 🙏👹 FOLLOW @RealCandaceO, RT to amplify her message, and the FULL episode linked below. 👇 Did Tucker's tweet hit your soul and shatter the illusion?
