This summer, I have had the pleasure to work with coach Mpwo on my speed. Let me tell you all this by far as been the best experience. I was at 5.2 seconds in the 40 and today I ran 4.93 electronically. ( Fast & FasterII Speed Academy 👍🏿👍🏿)@eniakm

Thanks to Coach Mpwo I’ve already gotten so much faster within a month or two still got lots of work to do @eniakm

Nike Outdoor Nationals in Oregon! 4x4 team time was 3:13.36🥉with a new split pr of mid 47s! Another huge thank you to the best coach I have ever had through my high school season as well as my club coach @eniakm. He has been a huge impact on my career. Thank you Coach🙏🙏

A great night of regional championship track & field competition at ODAC!

Annika is a 4x all-state swimmer, has 6 All-American times, 3 individual state records, 5. individual school records and contributed to all 3 relay school records during her time at BVW.

Qualified for state in the 400 and the 4x4. Took my first 200 out too slow in the open, but we’ll make the proper fix by state. Split a 48.92 to take the W in the relay. @OWTracknField @eniakm

After a very successful indoor meet at Pitt State. I am now ranked 41st in the nation among all high school 400m athletes in the indoor track season.
