As we approach a future yet to be and muse upon visions we hope to see, the present grants us time to now reflect. Of things that came and passed away, and time that winds from day to day, we find ourselves in quite a subjective state. When peering through the veil of times unknown and dreaming of what futures we might have known, in an instant, our minds attain infinities unbound. These visions swiftly fade like morning dew and leave us yearning for what may be true, while future dreams bring past pains into view. Though we may waver in uncertain light, may wisdom guide us through that stormy might to find the peace that rests beneath its blight. No boundary crossed nor loss endured can keep our hearts' wisdom long obscured. Its truth remains, forever now assured.

🚨 THIS IS MASSIVE AND NO ONE IS COVERING IT. Former Navy SEALs and Special Forces operators were running a murder-for-hire program out of a $7,000,000 San Diego mansion. $1,500,000 per month. $40,000 per operator. Bonuses per kill. A lawsuit was just UNSEALED in federal court. Here's what nobody is telling you: 💀 The company was called Spear Operations Group. Incorporated in Delaware. Run by a former commando out of San Diego. 💀 Their client was the UAE government. 23 targets. Multiple confirmed kills. 💀 The team flew chartered jets from New Jersey to carry out assassinations overseas. 💀 They brought body armor, explosives, booby-trapped vehicles, and whiskey. 💀 Drone footage was used for pre-hit reconnaissance and to document the strikes. 💀 The founder admitted everything on record: "There was a targeted assassination program. I was running it. We did it." ⚠️ The US State Department never authorized this. It is illegal under federal law. ⚠️ The operators tried to incorporate into the UAE military as legal cover. It failed. ⚠️ Despite all this, ZERO operators have gone to prison. The lawsuit is from the VICTIM. Do you understand the scale of what's happening? ⚠️ These operators were trained at US taxpayer expense. They then SOLD that training to a foreign government as a marketing pitch for assassination contracts. ⚠️ The target who survived has been living in exile for 10 years. He missed his daughter's graduation. He missed his sister's funeral. ⚠️ The founder's whereabouts? Currently unclear. The operators? Marketing themselves on LinkedIn as "tactical consultants." They're showing you "private security firms protecting US interests." They're NOT showing you that former US special operators are selling assassination services to foreign governments from American soil with near-zero legal consequence. Here's the logic chain: → US trains elite operators at massive cost → Operators go private → Foreign governments buy their services → Operators use US legal cover while executing foreign government hit lists → Victims have no recourse except a lawsuit a decade later → The system that trained them takes no responsibility If this program was illegal, why has no one been prosecuted? If the State Department "never authorized" this, why haven't the operators been charged? Complete silence. This is not a rogue contractor story. This is an accountability crisis — the moment America lost control of the weapons it built.

A 19-year-old drops out of school in Paris, teaches himself to code on an Apple II, builds X-rated chat rooms, and makes his first million before he can legally drink. Then he hacks the French president's phone. To prove a point about weak security. He gets arrested. Spends a month in jail. Most people's story ends there. His starts. He founds Iliad in 1999 and launches a telecom brand called Free. The name is the strategy. He prices unlimited mobile at €19.99/month when every French carrier was charging €45+. The entire industry collapses into a price war overnight. French consumers save an estimated €10 billion over the next five years. Three legacy carriers post the worst quarterly results in their history. Today Iliad has 52 million subscribers across France, Italy, and Poland. €10 billion in annual revenue. €2.25 billion in operating free cash flow last year, up 23% year over year. Niel took it private because he got tired of quarterly earnings calls constraining his ability to start wars in new markets. While building a telecom empire, he also bought Le Monde (France's paper of record), co-owns the rights to "My Way" by Sinatra, founded 42 (a tuition-free coding school with zero teachers that accepts anyone regardless of credentials), built Station F (the world's largest startup campus in a converted Paris freight depot), seed-funded Mistral AI, invested €100 million in Kyutai alongside Eric Schmidt, and bought a Parisian palace from a Qatari prince for $227 million. His partner is Delphine Arnault. The CEO of Dior. The daughter of Bernard Arnault, the richest person in Europe. He sits on the board of KKR. Yesterday he launched Free Max. Unlimited 5G data in 135+ countries for €19.99/month. Same playbook he's been running for 25 years: walk into a market where carriers charge $15/day for roaming, price it at 66 cents, and watch every competitor scramble. Xavier Niel is worth $14.2 billion and the only CEO in telecom who responds to customer death threats by showing up to the parking lot.

This guy is our French Elon Musk (even cooler than Elon, I would say) He just released a new mobile service that covers all of these red countries (doesn't mean they're communists) with unlimited data for €19.90/mo. Now I can just use my French number in Indonesia 🫶

At first, I couldn't fucking believe this was a real article. So I had to look it up... and it's real. This is some deranged, evil nonsense, man... no amount of ideological spin turns a sexual assault into some noble "assimilation tool". This is just morally bankrupt. Then they use a linguistic sleight-of-hand to dress up sexual assault as some quirky "cultural misunderstanding"... Fucking disgusting. Anything "quasi" = not consensual = sexual assault... no such thing as a "kinda raped" category that magically fixes racism. 🤡

It took 11 years defending himself over one story. This is what they do to people who hold them accountable. Nobody is held accountable because the people who have the power to do so are afraid of the retaliation. But David is different. His love of truth was greater than his regard for himself.

🚨 HUGE NEWS: Following IMMENSE pressure from President Trump and patriots across the country, an appeals court in Colorado has THROWN OUT Tina Peters’ sentence Per the court, the 9-year sentence VIOLATED her 1st Amendment rights. This is a HUGE step towards freeing Tina Peters She will now be resentenced to a much lower term — possibly even time served — which would secure her immediate release. KEEP FIGHTING! 🇺🇸

If you want to see exactly why Trump’s order is a goddamn necessity, look at the clown show that just unfolded in Pima County, Arizona. A woman moves from Arizona to Texas. Does everything right. Tries multiple times to get yanked off the permanent mail-in ballot list. Doesn’t work. She digs into the system anyway… and finds a ballot already requested in her name...even though she doesn’t live there anymore and had been screaming to get removed. Even better? The request popped up the EXACT SAME DAY her change of address hit the system. Not weeks later. Not some “clerical error.” Same. F*cking. Day. Then it gets straight-up insulting. Officials swear “the ballot wasn’t actually voted”… …yet they also admit it triggered a signature verification flag. Wait...what the hell? If it was never filled out, whose signature are you “verifying”? If it came back, who returned it? Who signed it? This is ONE voter. One ballot. In ONE county. Now scale that sloppy, shady circus across hundreds of thousands of registrations, outdated voter rolls, and fully automated mail-in pipelines. This isn’t “election confidence.” This is a system deliberately left wide open for exploitation...and when they get caught with their pants down, nobody can even spit out a coherent lie about what actually happened. The machine isn’t broken, cheaters. It’s working exactly as designed for the people who feast on the slop. (article below)

You know they do that because SCOTUS said Obamacare was not a tax but also a tax and that DACA was legal by EO but not rescindable and they saw Obergefell and Bostock and also how little Masterpiece Cake Shop did to stop Colorado's tyranny? And then they lived through 4 years of Biden creating de facto permanent legal status for millions of migrants while also letting anyone else in anywhere for the sheer lols? You understand this, right? SCOTUS said you can't discriminate on the basis of race against Whites and Asians and all the Democrats immediately said we are most definitely going to keep doing that, and no legal conservative said that was wrong. And SCOTUS said Biden could not forgive student loans and Biden immediately held a press conference saying here are some more ways we will illegally "forgive" student loans. And oh, by the way, the people very clearly voted in favor of Prop 187 and Prop 8 and yet the courts were like, Haha Elections Don't Matter. And the people very clearly voted for Trump and yet the Star Wars judges said you still need unanimous permission from the judiciary to do anything unless it's creating mass entropy. Rule of law keeps going one way and one way only. So that is why they are the way they are.

A significant proportion of the people who poo-poo the rule of law are under the delusion that they would fare well in its absence.

Ripple just received a BBB credit rating for its new prime brokerage business (Ripple Prime) from Kroll Bond Rating Agency. In simple terms... Ripple now owns a regulated Wall Street style trading and clearing firm that handles things like derivatives, repos, and institutional financing. It’s registered with regulators like the SEC and Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and is connected to major markets like CME Group. The rating agency basically said: > The business is growing fast > Ripple injected about $500M to build it > Ripple itself has ~$5B cash + 40B XRP backing the ecosystem > Profits are expected to improve as the platform expands In summary, Ripple is quietly building real financial infrastructure for institutions, not just a crypto company. Brokerage. Clearing. Treasury. Liquidity. The bridge between traditional finance and blockchain is getting built piece by piece. It's happening.
Ripple@Ripple

This just in: global credit rating agency Kroll has assigned @Ripple Prime an investment grade issuer rating (BBB), reflecting the financial strength, business expansion and disciplined execution of our growing prime brokerage platform. Built at the intersection of traditional and digital asset capabilities, Ripple Prime is meeting the demand for trusted, well-capitalized prime brokerage services. With this rating, the market is taking notice. kbra.com/publications/m…

Germany's largest open-pit mine sits on more than 1 billion tonnes of extractable lignite. But starting in 2030, Rhine water will flood the pit, creating a 360-metre-deep lake. It's not a coincidence that the state's environmental ministry where the mine is located (Nordrhein-Westfalen) is led by the Green party. The same political class that dynamited functioning nuclear cooling towers is now drowning a billion tonnes of domestic fuel under a recreational lake. Once the pit fills, the coal beneath becomes permanently inaccessible. No future government can reverse a 360-metre column of water. The decision to flood Hambach is the deliberate, irreversible destruction of a strategic reserve, executed by politicians who price energy security at zero.

There are some cases where volatility is a huge problem and so a stablecoin is a better choice than a cryptocurrency. Similarly there are some cases where a regulated asset with a trusted counterparty is a benefit. But cryptocurrencies have three big advantages over stablecoins. 1) A stablecoin can only be stable with respect to one currency and a stablecoin denominated in the fiat you need it to be stable relative to may not exist with the qualities you want. Applications that involve multiple jurisdictions with different native fiats don't benefit as much from the stability. 2) A stablecoin can be frozen or clawed back by its issuer. Ripple, for example, can't refuse a US court order. And the US courts may decide that other things matter more than you do even if you've done nothing wrong. For example, if some country asserts that you've supported terrorism and claims secret evidence, is a US court going to protect you even if you claim that your only support for terrorism was in the form of speech criticizing that government's human rights record? Do we expect AI agents to defend themselves in courts? Do you want to have to? 3) For most cryptocurrencies most of the time, the upside is worth more than the downside. So if you don't need stability, you might prefer a cryptocurrency over a stablecoin for many applications. If I had to lock up some money in an escrow for a year, I might well prefer XRP or BTC to USD because I know USD isn't going up.

🚨 HOLY SMOKES. Justice Sam Alito just sounded the alarm that unlimited birthright citizenship means a Chinese, Iranian or Russian foreigner can have a child in America, and that US citizen owes MILITARY ALLEGIANCE to a foreign adversary "They have the duty of military service. It seems that makes them subject to a FOREIGN POWER!" 🔥 Gosh he is so good. "Not subject to any foreign power is pretty straightforward. So let me give you these examples. A boy is born here to an Iranian father who has entered the country illegally." "That boy is automatically an Iranian national at birth and he has a duty to provide military service to the Iranian government, is he not subject to any foreign power?" "What I said about a boy born to an Iranian father is true of children born here to parents who were nationals of other countries. It's true to a child who's born here to Russian parents." The framers of 14A did not intend for this!
