Also went through all my socials to restrict certain types of content, words, themes, etc. God that helped alot too. Turned off all notifications for socials, just over all only engaging with things when I felt like I was in the mental space to do so. Saved my stress+ skin tbh🥲

Though ive been extremely isolative the last month, Ive did alot for my ✨️🌈mental state🌈✨️Which included rearranging my house where more natural light can pour in, tbh thats helped alot lol. Started reading more, cooking more, yoga in the afternoon, organized my environment

@hasanthehun From how Talk Radio was framing this tragedy, it sounded like they were setting the stage for crackdowns on college campuses.
Phrases like “colleges are Cesspools” and that most campuses were “bastions of hate & radicalism”, that language seemed a little loaded, if u ask me.
