@FragrantJewels received a size 5 ring when I ordered a 9 and paid to get the upgraded silver ring. Super bummed as it's the ring I wanted but definitely won't fit. Emailed a week ago and no reply.... is the customer service usually this slow?

Y'all I'm so sad! I bought one of those @FragrantJewels candles because it was a Raven in honor of Poe and the glass was so pretty and the rings were pretty too and what happened? The PLASTIC baggie caught on fire and ruined the ring... Awesome... Don't buy them

@FragrantJewels... suggestion? Make an option for people with allergies to scents to note that on their accounts. Was a long time customer for the Mrs. but towards the end we kept getting scents that she's allergic to. Had to give it up, couldn't take it any more. Bummer.
