I’ve learned tht when my stomach is hurting 2 not eat. Similar 2 a busy kitchen @ ur fav restaurant. Whn they get busy enough they will stop taking orders for a while just 2 catch up & get organized. Sometimes I hv 2 stop eating 2 allow the stomach 2 fix itself
