🍺 KNOWHOW #1 🍺 Le maltage consiste à faire germer les grains d'orge pour activer les enzymes qui transformeront l'amidon des grains en sucre. Pour cela, on fait tremper les grains d'orge quelques jours (on appelle ça le trempage), puis ils germent, et on obtient du malt vert !
