We've shipped 50+ AI products to production for clients across the US, UK, UAE, and EU. Here's what I'm building now — and what I'll be posting about: → Devmint — an AI dev studio. LLM apps, agents, SaaS platforms. Senior engineers only, fixed price, ships in weeks. → Lexly — AI contracts for freelancers and founders. Create, analyse, and sign any contract in under 2 minutes. Waitlist open. What you'll get if you follow: • The real story of what breaks in production AI (not the Medium version) • Lexly waitlist journey documented honestly — metrics, mistakes, what works • Contrarian takes on the AI agency market No hype. No country flags. Just the work.

Freelancers & founders: What's the most expensive mistake you've ever made because of a contract? I'll start: I've spoken to people who lost thousands because: • Payment terms weren't defined • Scope wasn't clearly written • Ownership wasn't specified Curious what you've seen.

That's a sharp observation. Looking at our site with fresh eyes, I can see how "AI-native contracts" says what we do, but not immediately who it's for. We built Lexly for founders, freelancers, agencies, and small businesses. Maybe that should be the first thing visitors see, not the fifth. Appreciate the honest feedback — that's the kind of insight that actually moves a product forward. 🙌

@Gaurav_dev01 @Joi2James Honestly ? Same thing almost every time: I land on the page and 5 seconds in I still don't know WHO it's for. The copy talks about features instead of the person with the problem. Name your user in the headline and everything downstream gets easier.

That's actually a pretty clever idea. Founders often need honest feedback more than compliments, and your roast definitely surfaced a few blind spots for us. 😄 I'll check it out. Appreciate you taking the time to give thoughtful feedback instead of a generic "looks good." Curious — what's the most common issue you see when roasting early-stage SaaS products?nl

@Gaurav_dev01 @Joi2James To be honest, if I make quick roast like that, it's because I'm building a website where founders can ship their project and receive structured, brutal and real roast from other founders. It's called r8myproject.com. Check it and ship your project if you want

That's a great point. Trust is earned, especially in legal tech. We're already working toward making validation much more visible rather than expecting users to take our word for it. Independent expert reviews and transparent verification are probably more powerful than any marketing copy we could write. Appreciate the insight. 🙌

@Gaurav_dev01 @Joi2James A review from a qualified professional would be huge. If I saw an independent lawyer or legal expert publicly verify the quality and accuracy of the documents, it would instantly increase my trust in the product. For something legal, expert validation carries a lot.

This is gold. Appreciate you taking the time to roast it. 🔥 You're spot on about the trust gap. Legal products live or die on credibility, and we can definitely do a better job showing the proof behind our claims. The £4,200 horror story angle is interesting too. Out of curiosity, what kind of guarantee would make you trust a product like this enough to try it?

@Gaurav_dev01 @Joi2James Quick roast 🔥 ✅ Killer hook : "Contracts shouldn't require a lawyer" 🚨 Trust gap, AI claiming "legally valid in 6 countries" needs proof 💡 Hero the £4,200 horror story + add a real guarantee Would I pay? Burned freelancer, yes. $19 = cheap insurance.

We just hit 312 waitlist signups for Lexly with zero ad spend. What actually converted people — not what I expected: Expected: "AI-powered contracts" to be the hook Reality: "$5,800 lost because of one missing clause" did 80% of the work Expected: Feature list to close people Reality: "Under 2 minutes" closed more than anything technical If you're a freelancer or founder still handshaking deals — lexlyai.com First 500 get 3 months free.

I've talked to 300+ freelancers about contracts. - The #1 reason they don't send one: "I didn't want to seem difficult." - The #1 reason they regret it: they lost money to someone who "seemed nice." What's the worst "handshake deal" that went wrong for you?
