@Matalan You updated the dimensions almost instantly but the item is still online being allowed to proceed to checkout. Why? I did an order for this item and you cancalled it. After contacting. I was told it’s due to no stock but it’s still online.Can you locate the item and send please

@Matalan absolutely awful customer service!! Ordered two cushions online showing on @_evride1ivery as out for delivery since 13th March. Extremely frustrating poor customer service communications can only offer me a refund unable to send out replacement items

@Matalan brand new coat purchased in November. Washed it last week following instructions and the outer material is now thin and ripping. £60 down the drain and you don’t sell the coat anymore. Consumer Rights means I should be able to return but I have zero faith.
