I feel a little sorry for Ruben Amorim @ManUtd He’s taken over a team who largely consist of players who are past their best and some youngsters who have lots of talent but need a significant amount of mentoring. At the moment it isn’t working. Over the summer transfer window I think Utd need to bring in at least half a dozen new players and probably more. However, I doubt they will be able to do that. This is going to be a very long rebuilding exercise.

@AsgerSR Have tried to adopt the higher running style and it does feel better. Hard to maintain for the longer distances as fatigue sets in and naturally I revert to the lower style but it is a work in progress.

Stop keeping your feet low when you run. Lifting them: - Costs less energy. - Decreases risk of injury. - Decreases fatigue. Here's why:
