🚨 Investors may be falling into the VALUE TRAP for these SaaS stocks… The market has already lost confidence, and IMO these businesses could continue to struggle despite looking “cheap.” 👇 1️⃣ $ADBE 2️⃣ $INTU 3️⃣ $WDAY These companies have some of the worst sentiment in the market. No matter the numbers, the stocks can’t escape AI fears devaluing their business models over time. Valuations may look attractive: • $ADBE: 9x • $INTU: 10x • $WDAY: 11x The reality IMO👇 • AI disruption risk is not fully priced in, these stocks are already getting crushed without terrible earnings, and the bigger AI impact may still be ahead. • Core workflows could be redefined or bypassed by AI • Multiple compression may continue despite solid earnings • “Cheap” valuations could stay cheap if the narrative doesn’t improve • Cutting workforce and relying on buybacks to boost EPS rather than organic growth I believe AI will have a meaningful negative impact on these businesses, making their value propositions less attractive. The biggest challenge is sentiment 📉 Once investors question long-term durability, rebuilding confidence and earning a higher multiple becomes extremely difficult. To my followers and anyone else taking part in the $SPCX IPO tmrw, I’m rooting for you! Ik you see me saying stuff about it but reality is I have been a fan of Elon from my first days as an investor. My net worth was built off the back of Tesla from 2015-2021. My hs senior year quote is an Elon quote. For me, this valuation just doesn’t fit my investment criteria. The same reason why I sold off on my Tesla, I just don’t feel comfortable paying what the market is charging. It’s hard for me to gauge stock performance when the market price is so far away from the core business earnings. SpaceX is most definitely one of the greatest companies on the planet. Top 10 easily and probably number one in simply most innovative and inspiring. However, it is extremely expensive. It would quite literally go against every major investor I look up to if I put money into it on day 1. Elon is a visionary, no doubt about it. He inspires and executes like nobody else on the planet. I just feel like an entry opportunity will present itself in the relatively near future if I really want to get into this business. Anyways, good luck to everybody tmrw. 🔎

I want to make something clear. I’m not rooting against SpaceX. I’m not rooting against any stock in the market. In fact, I hope SpaceX absolutely crushes it and makes a lot of people a lot of money. I’m simply choosing not to invest at this valuation. That doesn’t mean I’m right. It just means the risk/reward doesn’t fit my investing style. You don’t have to hate a company to pass on an investment
