🏆 DONNA PIERCE WARRIORS OF THE WEEK 🏆 This week’s honors go to Annie Wild (Indoor Track & Field) and Alexandria “YaYa” Himes (Softball) after standout performances on the national and conference stages. Wild earned First Team All-America honors with a third-place finish in the mile at the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships, becoming a five-time All-American for the Warriors. She was also part of the distance medley relay team that finished ninth to earn Second Team All-America honors. Himes powered Stan State softball to a series win over CSUSB, going 2-0 with two complete games in the circle. She threw 14.0 innings while allowing just two earned runs on 10 hits, striking out six and holding the Coyotes to a .200 batting average, including a four-hit complete-game shutout in the 5-0 series finale victory. 👏 Congrats Annie and YaYa! #ValleyTough

FINAL The Warriors dropped both games Saturday at Cal State LA. Game 1 | L 13-10 Stan State built a lead with a five-run sixth inning. Zach Lewis led the offense with three hits and three RBI. Eric Perez homered and drove in two. Game 2 | L 11-1 Chris Ortiz drove in the Warriors’ run after Tyler Crudo opened the game with a triple. Stan State will look to regroup as conference play continues. #ValleyTough
