A man living in Danville, IN arrested and held on preliminary charges of Possession of Child Sex Abuse Material, Obstruction of Justice and Distribution of an Intimate Object. The Hendricks County SWAT team, members of IMPD and other law enforcement took Tyler Huber into custody last night. The prosecutor has filed a 72 hour hold as he determines all the charges Huber will face. I can tell you that the probable cause is 31 pages long. It details the CSAM found on Huber's devices including the rape of young children. I don't know who made the CSAM videos, how old they are, if the children are known or if they have been rescued. Other evidence includes messages on Kik and other platforms where detectives say Huber tells men where to find specific women and children he would like to see raped. In at least one case, police say he shared the location of a woman to have her raped and the woman started getting messages on Instagram. Police also say he shared AI images of a woman sexually abusing a child. Last night when SWAT raided the Danville home where he was living, they say they found Huber had smashed his phone. It was found behind trash. When interviewed by police Huber told detectives he has an addiction to meth and cocaine and makes bad decisions when he blacks out. He is currently in the Hendricks County Jail on a 72 hour hold. That just means the prosecutor has 72 hours... not including the weekend to determine the charges and then a bond will be set.

BREAKING: we have just learned a current and former IU student have been killed in Miami . Police say 42-year-old Adan Negron-Morris was driving without lights and reckless when he hit the two and then took off from the scene. Killed in the crash is current IU student Sarisa Kongduang and 2024 grad Greathomon Laowatdhanasapya. Negron-Morris faces 2 counts of vehicular homicide, and two counts of leaving the scene of a crash involving death.
