📢📢 Free Covid Testing at Holy Comforter: Tuesday, 1/18 – Friday, 1/21, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Free covid tests will be available at Holy Comforter, starting Friday, January 7th and then again Monday, January 10 until next Friday, January 14th (weekdays only) from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm each day. This will be a drive thru event, open to the community.

The Episcopal Church has long recognized the Winter Solstice, the longest night, on December 21st, as a time for healing, and reflection.    
Please join us in the chapel at Holy Comforter Episcopal Church at 7:00 PM on December 21st for prayer, healing music and reflection.

Harris County Public Health will administer the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine free and to the public on Tuesday, December 14 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Schedule a vaccine appointment at vacstrac.hctx.net or call 832.927.8787 Appointments are preferred, walk-ins are accepted.

Over the weekend we welcomed our new Interim Rector, Rev. Dr. Darrell Proffitt. Rev. Darrell comes to Holy Comforter, with his wife Julie. After serving churches in the Dioceses of Chicago and Kansas, Darrel was the Rector of a Church in Katy, Texas. Welcome to Holy Comforter!
