@HCL_Foundation has announced the winners of the 11th edition of the HCLTech Grant, recognizing NGOs driving impactful change across water, biodiversity, health and education. 🚰🌱🩺🎓 The four winning organizations will receive ₹5 crore (~$537,000) to scale their efforts and bring transformative projects to life. @hcltech @ramaiyer @hclhr @hclhr_press Dear HR Team & all management senior, I am writing this letter to formally register my strong objection and serious concern regarding the continued non-issuance of my Experience Letter and Relieving Letter, even after I have completed all exit formalities and fulfilled every requirement from my end. It is highly unacceptable that despite repeated follow-ups, proper written communication, and full compliance with company processes, I have still not received my Experience and Relieving Letters, nor have I been provided with any clear justification or resolution timeline. To put this on record very clearly: •I am not absent •I have not absconded •I have applied and communicated properly through official channels •I have completed all formalities as per company policy, and submitted all accessories on time. Yet, due to the continued inaction and lack of accountability from HR, I am facing: •Serious and ongoing damage to my career •Inability to apply for new employment opportunities •Extreme mental, financial, and emotional stress for me and my family • This prolonged delay and repeated neglect of my case amounts to unnecessary harassment and reflects a complete failure to handle employee exit matters professionally and ethically. Please consider this email as a final and urgent I am now compelled to escalate this issue formally and ensure that it is brought to the attention of all relevant senior leadership, including senior HR leadership and the Chairperson, as this matter has remained unresolved despite sufficient time and multiple opportunities given to HR to act fairly. I strongly demand the following with immediate effect: 1.Immediate issuance of my Relieving Letter and Experience Letter 2.Written confirmation of closure of my employment records I expect a written response and resolution without any further delay.
