@SimonDixonTwitt You was a massive help the whole time… the last 10 months I’ve fell out of love with crypto because of what happened but I’m hoping with light at the end of the tunnel I might start seeing the good things again.

One hack of a journey we’ve been on for 10 months #Celsius Chapter 11 creditors. When you know all the pain people I now consider friends have been through, there is something very unsettling when listening to a talk on distressed investing. 🤔 Markets are markets I guess.

For those that still support Alex Mashinsky, please put your money where your mouth is & opt out of the @CelsiusUcc Class Fraud Claim. That is an option for you. For those that state creditors should be grateful as Alex Mashinsky gave us some great assets that bidders are now fighting for, know that creditors had the assets they wanted already & they were fraudulently used to take directional risk & speculate. They were meant to be lent to borrowers who wanted to speculate with collateral so that any losses are incurred by the speculator that borrowed them, NOT the lender. Alex Mashinsky’s lies defrauded many of their retirement & life savings. We have fought for 9 months to get those assets away from a dishonest fraudulent operator & put them in the hands of an honest regulated operator so creditors can have the best recovery possible. I will continue to work on that until the job is done. Do not trust those that are working hard in the Alex Mashinsky reputation repair department against the interest of creditors. If they believe Alex Mashinsky is a victim, tell them to put their money whete their mouth is, opt-out of the @CelsiusUcc class fraud claim & support his new Ad Hoc when he comes back to drain our estate further. @salty_TheSack @DigitalAssetUpd The way it looks is you can walk away and they will give you 5k but you give up your claim on any greater value. If you decide to stay at some point in the future once it’s all played out they will likely give you an ‘I owe you’ token related to your assets and the newco.

@DigitalAssetUpd And the token value is based off a number from like July price's right? I had way more than 5k worth in there so I am still unsure how that will play out But I had some family members who has less than 5 k so maybe they can get closure

@DigitalAssetUpd For me it represents 2 years of my working life but I’m quite young still I work and will survive. But in todays world losing 2 years of productive time is such a set back I will never forgive what Celsius has done to us and I’m one of the lucky ones.

I'll continue to pray for lost souls and those hurting the most. Whether it's your wallet or your heart, none of us deserved this.

Celsius community has fallen apart. The dream of finding financial freedom has been shattered for so many who, for so long as a celsian, felt so close and achievable. The pain of not just lost coins, but lost income and lost hope has gone greatly under acknowledged by Celsius.
