Too many people. Took me 15 minutes to drive 5 miles today. When I came to Indiana you drive from one side of Indianapolis to the other in 20 minutes. On two lane roads. All these pop up communities with 300 houses. The roads cannot support the increase in density. You wannabe like NYC go ahead.

Indiana has a housing shortage. We also have empty strip malls, dead retail, and acres of unused space.
