@sparklightcares What’s the point of signing up for text alerts on outages if you don’t sent any texts? I haven’t seen one outage alert about service being down.

Outage alert: We’re currently experiencing an issue at our Nampa facility that’s affecting internet, phone and video service for some customers in the region. The steps we're taking to protect our equipment may temporarily impact services for some of our customers.

@TrainingPeaks As others have mentioned- having issues loading workouts, workouts disappearing or not saving, and losing entire weeks of programming.

@81NC19 Frequence but form and practice. Avoiding high volume on concrete, avoiding running while fatigued if pre existing knee issues, and likely a gait analysis to examine any imbalance. Squatting and running don't hurt if done right.
