@IceQreamVicky than steamers so they can reach the lungs, and do so without heat. These are great for chest congestion, cough, & asthma. You don’t have to worry about a time limit with these, but only use saline solution instead of regular water like in the steamers. Happy hydrating!

Those of you kaigai idols who performed in convention... how do you not lose your voice before the performance? Cons are so loud + air is super dry at hotel&con + you see so many friends that you don't see anywhere else so you talk so so much! + cheering other performers?
