@Flipkart @FlipkartSupport Very disappointed with the service from Flipkart. I purchased an Infinix TV (Order ID: OD437039708518580100) and faced a “No Power” issue. As instructed, I submitted the job sheet provided by the authorized Infinix service center on 23 March 2026. Now, after 10–12 days, Flipkart is suddenly denying my request saying the job sheet does not mention “Replacement” and asking for a new one. My question is simple: 👉 Why is this being raised after such a long delay? 👉 Why wasn’t this checked earlier when I submitted the same document? This is clearly causing unnecessary delay and harassment to the customer despite following the proper process. I request immediate intervention and resolution (replacement/refund) without further excuses. @jagograhakjago National Consumer Helpline please take note. #Flipkart #CustomerService #ConsumerRights
