Physical media isn’t the bastion we think it is, everything decays with time. It’s a great option for sure, but it isn’t remotely iron clad.

In an age of majority digital consumption, the greatest preservation we can push for is digital ownership rights. One chance, if it falls flat now it’s game over, quite literally.
