We are pleased to complete our large scale roofing refurbishment project at @inmansprimarysc. We have provided over 100 weeks of site experience for our apprentices during the works. @YORhub @East_Riding

As part of our Social Value work, I went to Hornsea Burton Primary School on Friday to help them develop their nature area. I worked with the EYFS and KS1 to construct bird boxes and bug hotels using upcycled building materials. @East_Riding @YORhub

On Monday, we supported Skipsea Primary as part of their Science Week by providing the materials to help them build a bog hotel for their nature area. All part of out social value work for @East_Riding some great teamwork form the EYFS children who all got a certificate @YORhub

Yesterday, we attended the annual @HeadlandsSchool Fair. Lots of engagement from students interested in pursuing a career in construction. @East_Riding @YORhub

I was pleased to be invited as a guest speaker at the UK STEM networking event yesterday at Bishop Burton College. A great opportunity to share the social value work we do as a construction company and how we can support schools with their STEM delivery. @East_Riding @YORhub

I had a very enjoyable morning at Driffield Infants School yesterday. We supported the school's 'Careers Week' by talking to all of the pupils about different types of jobs that make up the construction industry. The pupils were a pleasure to work with. @East_Riding

I was pleased to visit @ERCollege last week to support their 'Industry Week'. I presented to L2 Electrical Students in Beverley. The focus was to inform them about JP Developers, opportunities for apprenticeships, work experience and CV & interview advice. @East_Riding

A fantastic few days working with the pupils @RoosCEPrimary. We delivered 12 workshops based on Safety, Quantity Surveying, Risk Assessment and the construction of nature area resources for the school. All part of our Social Value offer to @East_Riding @YORhub

It was really pleasing to see so much interest in JP Developers Ltd and pursuing a career in construction at the Hull Training and Adult Education 'Meet the employer' event on Thursday. The queue of students was literally non stop for 2 hours!

Had a lovely morning @bempton_school. The Y1&2 and Y3&4 classes built a hedgehog hideaway using bricks and slabs. The Y5&6 class took the role of 'Junior Quantity Surveyors' to successfully price a building project. All of the classes were a pleasure to work with. @East_Riding

Had a great time working with the Y2 pupils at Garton on the Wolds School today. The children braved the rain to construct a hedgehog hotel using bricks & slabs. This will to support their habitats topic in future learning. All part of our social value commitment to @East_Riding

As 2025 draws to a close we would like to thank our 9 apprentices for their hard work this year in which they have amassed an impressive 13,254.25 hours of site experience. Well done all! Looking forward to seeing you all further develop your skills next year @YORhub

Attended the @East_Riding Children & Young Families Partnership Strategic launch yesterday, discovering the fantastic work that many organisations do to improve outcomes for children. The networking opportunity enabled me to identify potential ways we can support @YORhub

My final visit to Pocklington Jr School this afternoon. I worked with a Year 4 class to outline the finishing stages of their new extension build. The pupils were very excited at the thought of having lessons in the new building. @YORhub @East_Riding

I had the pleasure of visiting @ERCollege yesterday to talk to the level 1 Carpentry students. I gave them an insight into our company and what we do. I also talked them through some of our recent timber frame constructions @YORhub @ERCollege @East_Riding

I visited Pocklington Jr Sch today, to deliver my 2nd session to the Robins class. Pupils discovered how we are going to complete the final 2 stages of the extension. Lots of thoughtful questions about the construction and excitement about lessons in the new classrooms. @YORhub

My eighth visit to Pocklington Jr School was fantastic. The Y4 class worked really hard during the workshop and asked some great questions about our company and their new extension works. A girl completed a short piece of writing. Not bad for an 8 yr old! @YORhub @East_Riding
