Because Pakistan has:
— English-language medical education
— USMLE-focused pipelines
— Strong incentive to train in the U.S.
You’re seeing who’s in the applicant pool, because remember 12k open spots.
Same way Indians are overrepresented in tech — different countries build pipelines into different industries. Residency reflects supply.

We've wrapped up for the day and then heard other motions.
The attorneys for media outlets are seeking to reveal the names of the witnesses while at the same time telling the judge they already know who they are.
The NAACP and the Coalition of the People's Agenda wanted the FBI to return the ballots because they are the voters' ballots even though there is no way to determine what ballot belongs to what voter. They tried to claim it is a privacy issue because there was PII in the voter data the FBI seized but they couldn't identify what PII there is and in what document it was stored.
