🚨This is very disturbing. ICE agents were filmed assaulting MULTIPLE children, who are U.S. citizens, in Edinburg, TX. In the video, agents are standing around a group of children. One agent shoves a girl out of the way… then punches a 16-year-old in the face. A child. And then it gets worse… A few minutes later, you can see agents escorting a man from his house… and you can hear people yelling: “Where is the warrant?” Because this isn’t complicated… under the Fourth Amendment, you don’t get to enter someone’s home and take them without a warrant. A home is where your rights are strongest. And instead of showing a warrant… they continue to kidnap the man. Meanwhile, ANOTHER minor, already hit by an agent, has blood dripping from his nose… throws his arms around the man being kidnapped… while repeating: You need a warrant! A kid… bleeding… having to remind grown federal agents what the Constitution says. And then it gets even worse. The video then shows an agent going after a 14-year-old girl… claiming she assaulted him… After he was just caught on video assaulting multiple minors. He shoves her head down… yanks her by the arm… then grabs her by the hair. As they’re telling him… over and over… “She’s 14. She’s a minor.” He doesn’t stop, or de-escalate. He keeps going… until another agent steps in and handcuffs her. Fully grown men are seen… Shoving children. Punching children. Dragged, restrained, and pulling children by the hair… And claiming the CHILDREN are the threats. But, in reality… this is excessive force against minors. This is due process being ignored in real time. This is what it looks like when people with authority decide the Constitution is more of a suggestion than a limit. And before anyone jumps in with the usual… “we don’t know the full story” No. There is no version of this where punching a child in the face is standard procedure. There is no version where you enter a home, don’t show a warrant, and start pulling people out. There is no version where putting hands on a 14-year-old like that is justified. If this were happening in any other context… people would be calling it what it is immediately. This is federal agents abusing children.

La Commission nationale pour la protection des animaux utilisés à des fins scientifiques (CNEA), instance consultative placée auprès des ministres de l’Agriculture et de l’Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche, recommande l’élaboration d’une feuille de route nationale visant à remplacer l’expérimentation animale: 💬 « Considérant les attentes sociétales relatives à la protection animale et les enjeux d’innovation en matière de recherche scientifique et médicale, la CNEA recommande aux ministères de développer une stratégie nationale ambitieuse et réaliste visant le remplacement des animaux utilisés à des fins scientifiques au travers d’une feuille de route incluant des objectifs et des jalons explicites. » (décembre 2025). 👉 Le comité d’éthique du CNRS, le COMETS, la rejoint, dans un avis de janvier 2026 : « le COMETS estime nécessaire d’accroître fortement les efforts tendant à rechercher activement des alternatives (…) la mise en place de mécanismes incitatifs pour favoriser l’investissement des scientifiques (…) et l’élaboration d’une feuille de route consacrée au remplacement des modèles animaux, contenant des engagements ambitieux, réalisables, précis et datés ». ⚠️ Il est urgent que le gouvernement applique ces recommandations. Nous attendons toujours une réponse à notre courrier adressé au ministre Philippe Baptiste.

ICE has violated almost 100 court orders. Let me say that another way. 100 times ICE was caught brazenly ignoring the law. 100 times a court told them to immediately stop. And 100 times they ignored the order. That's an out of control agency that shouldn't get another dime.
