We've just deployed 0.4.0c hotfix 15 for Path of Exile 2. This hotfix reverts the previous change made to Juatalotli's Medallion made in Hotfix 13. This Medallion can once again be placed on almost any Room in the Temple and is no longer restricted to Tier III rooms.
