Energy security isn’t a slogan, it’s a choice. Norway chose to extract North Sea oil and build a $1.5 trillion sovereign wealth fund. Britain chose to restrict it and import more instead. Same sea. Same resource. Different outcomes. If Britain is serious about energy security, we must start with what’s beneath our own waters.
