my bank blocked my credit card last night due to a “security threat.” it was me buying pokemon cards at 2am. turns out i am my own biggest security risk. also made me think. if my main card gets blocked randomly, i basically have no backup. probably time to get a secondary crypto card just in case. any recommendations?

This weekend I added non-blocking toasts with undo to approving and rejecting case notes in MyCaseNote. Before, there was no feedback at all. I’m seeing a pattern where teams jump straight to confirmation modals, but not every action needs to block the user. If it’s not absolute critical and can be recovered, trust the user, provide clear feedback and an easy undo instead. Less friction, faster decisions (Hick’s Law), better flow.

I hear you, but "wait for an email" is the same response I received hours ago, and nothing has changed since. With respect, I need more than reassurances at this point, I need action. Can you please provide me with: 1. A specific timeframe for resolution, not "as soon as available," but an actual commitment. 2. A direct contact or case manager I can follow up with. 3. A clear explanation of what is actually being worked on and what's causing the delay. I'm not trying to be difficult, but I'm being asked to just sit and wait with no timeline, no transparency, and no access to my account, all because of something on your end. That's not a reasonable ask. I'd appreciate a substantive response rather than another holding message.

Hey, appreciate the response! But I gotta be honest asking for "patience" when it comes to accessing my own money. New #1 crypto cards tier list, and this is the only one you need. @itstuyo and @KASTxyz SS tier. Tuyo works smooth, good UI and easy to navigate + a points rewards system and offramp works fine. Kast is very professional and they have changed my mind, I like the,. @ready_co and @ether_fi are pretty solid picks too followed by @KoloHub and @RedotPay which is good since it is available in many countries.
