The original ruling by Justice Yvan Roy encouraged theft of property. There was no way this could stand. That the Attorney General argued for this another blow to the moral legitimacy of this government. Fortunately, we still have competent judges. They should be commended. (And I'm deeply disappointed in Michael Geist.)
