2019, me and my babe were earning ₦15,000 each. Full month of stress, early mornings, trekking, hunger… just ₦15k. No soft life. No backup. No rich uncle. The day we got paid, we didn’t even rush to spend it. We sat down and started planning like CEOs. ₦2k transport. ₦5k food. Small ₦1k flex because we deserved to breathe. The rest? We just looked at it and smiled… because even planning it was hard. But one thing we never did was complain. We laughed. We encouraged each other. We spoke about the future like it was already ours. No money, but plenty belief. No comfort, but strong partnership. That phase taught me something a lot of people don’t understand: It’s not about where you are right now. It’s about who you are with… and how strong your mindset is. Because if you can stay focused and hopeful when all you have is ₦15k, you’ll be dangerous when real money comes. Don’t let your current situation humble your dreams. That small beginning? That’s your foundation. We started with ₦15k. Today, we have a story.

You’re given $2m. You have 20 minutes to spend it. You can’t spend it on cars, airplanes, yacht or a house. You can’t spend it on golds or diamonds either. What will you buy?

Before Blord put up that billboard, let’s start from the beginning. A self acclaimed activist publicly called out Blord’s brand, labeled him a cheat and a thief, and told the public not to patronize him. That is a direct attack on someone’s business and reputation. By law, that falls under libel and defamation. How do you damage someone’s business in the name of activism? If your goal is to make things cheaper for the common man, why not start with things people actually use every day, electricity, airtime, food, cement etc? He knows very well he can’t drag bigger brands like that. If he did, there would be serious consequences. There was even a time he dragged a small brand and got locked up. What if Blord had taken that same route? He didn’t. That shows restraint. Before judging Blord reaction, look at what led to it. If someone publicly calls your business a scam and tells people to avoid you, your first reaction would likely be legal action. But Blord didn’t do that. Both sides have said and done provocative things. But if we are being honest, the person who first attacked a business publicly and tried to damage it would be the one facing legal consequences first. There is a saying that says “Don’t start what you can’t finish” because they are people ready to go lower! Blord was ready to go lower with the activist, which wasn’t the right actions he should have taken. When you want to judge things, always start from the genesis and what led to it. I will always speak fact because I’m not here on the internet to kiss peoples nyash!

I use to pity women in domestic marriage but not anymore I see them as individuals that h&te themselves, there’s nothing you will say to them that will make them leave. They are use to the pain, care about what people will say, and have the mentality their marriage must work

Build a house for a woman, and she will cheat on you with another man in the house with no atom of fear or remorse. Send a woman to school, and she will fvck another guy in that school without thinking about your suffering, sacrifices, commitment, care and love. Buy a car for a woman and she will use it to carry men or cheat on you with the driver you gave her A woman can forget years of your sacrifices, commitment, love, and efforts in a second to follow a man she has just met in 24 hours. They are treacherous, pathological ungrateful innuendos, and a financial mistake, only a few are grateful. HeartMattaz

So I got married last year to the man who sponsored my education. Have no kids yet though. Thanks to him, today I work as a government teacher in a secondary & high school. I actually just got recruited to this school where I teach Geography. But please, I'm confused. There's this particular guy, actually a male colleague of mine. He has been working here as a Biology teacher for 6 years. Since I arrived & started work, he has been so nice to me, guiding & showing me around, buying me gifts too, and keeping me company so I don't feel alone since I'm new. We got so close after a month. I don't know, but I just really feel so comfortable & safe with him, even more than my husband. I love his company. If I'm to be honest, I feel like I can share & tell him everything. Even my husband doesn't get me gifts like this guy does. He is such a kind & gentle man, i must comment, he truly knows how to treat a lady but something about his behavior, actually changed recently. Which leaves me confused. He switched from food gifts & started getting me underwear, bras, and perfumes. Even on 'Teachers Day' he bought me same gifts. This has actually been going on for about 2 weeks now. Please people, this keeps me wondering if it's okay that i keep collecting these gifts. Considering the fact that, I'm a married woman. Truth is, we've been so close, and I don't know how to go about rejecting these gifts since he is actually doing it with pure intentions, with no strings attached, and he's been so nice to me ever since I got here. I plead for your advice & guidance 🙏

I once lied to my mum and said I was going for a night vigil. But in reality, I was on a night bus, traveling four hours just to surprise someone who hadn’t replied to my messages in two days. My phone battery was low, my account balance was embarrassing, and my heart was doing all the thinking… When I arrived, he wasn’t excited… he was irritated. He said I should’ve called first. I laughed it off, i even bought food with the last of my money on my way, and spent the night on a cold chair because his bed was “too small” for both of us. At 5 a.m., I watched him sleep and realized I had never done this much for myself. The next morning, I had to call my mum to send me money for a cab because I had spent all I had for “offerings,” and I booked a ride home. That was the worst thing I’ve ever done for love… forgetting my own worth. Men are scum sha 😪 Never again.
