When’s the last time you were tested?

Writing goals are easy. Writing steps on how you achieve each goal using the strengths you’ve identified is realistic. Realistic and easy rarely go hand in hand. Goals mean nothing without a plan A destination without a map is wish wash BULLSHIT Stop BULLSHITTING yourself

This is why chess is important. Chess is a stressful situation with a time limit. An enemy and a puzzle to solve. Incalculable options. Tick tock. Same with fighting. People are trying to kill you. Left hook or forked queen. It doesn’t matter. Stay calm or die.

The amount of stress you can tolerate while remaining effective is directly correlated to the level of success you will enjoy. Most people panic and are burnt out running a household. How will you run a multi national? Or fight for a world championship?
