Clever indeed. He leaves Bihar in bad hands with 1. A broken health system 2. Deteriorated Primary education to missing Higher education 3. Negligible Public transport 4. Miniscule jobs 5. 20% revenue loss due to alcohol prohibition 6. Drugs menace 7. Increased crime 8. Poorest state 9. Zero Bihar brand value 10. Ridiculous state of affairs controlled by babus The sad part, he never opened his mouth on Bihar's youth getting abused or beaten up in other states. Never.
