Today at lessons we did speed drills and my legs are jello! I love having a coach who pushes me and is always coming up with new things

Pitching lesson before our last tournament of the fall season tomorrow. Not ready for it to end but really excited about learning some new things in the off season!

Fridays are for pitching! Worked different pitches today. Fast, change, curve, offspeed curve, drop and drop curve. Practice makes progress 💪🏼

Really using this off season for lots of drills. Today we did a drill for balance, and used the spin doctor for spin work. Then threw a few pitches! Wish we had longer than an hour because it always goes by fast!

Fridays! Today I had a catcher so my coach could watch my mechanics, which have been a little bit wonky the last few days. I feel so much better and think we made a lot of progress today! Thank you Coach Kristin and thank you Nat for catching me!!
